1. Survey Report of Training needs in the area of concern

Step 1: Development & dissemination of 2 Training Needs Analysis

Questionnaires for Wastewater Operator & Waste

Management Professionals (available on THESEIS website)

Indicative Contents:

• Safety guidelines for use and handling of hazardous materials

2. Investigation of the National Qualification Frameworks for the workers in

eco-industry sector:

The second survey shows that none partner have found a National Qualification

Framework for Eco-Industry and especially in wastewater and solid waste

management. None NQF for mentioned areas has been finished in participating

countries so far.

3. Supporting Vocational training providers and learners:

The THESEIS training material is an interactive platform, based on a 3d

perspective layout of a realistic plan of a waste water treatment unit with

graphic models vector designed on flash technology.

4. Pilot Testing of the VET model:

Pilot implementation – Validation of

VET model. In order to evaluate and

further improve the model an online

Evaluation Questionnaire has been

created. In the time frame between

June and July 2013, in seven

countries Evaluation Workshops

have taken place. The participants

tested the E-Learning training

modules and have given their

feedback as well as valuable

suggestions for improvement.

4. Pilot Testing of the VET model:

A pilot testing report has been prepared

containing a detailed description about

the implementation of the demo VET

model in the partner countries (process

steps, participants, evaluation results,

conclusions and recommendations).
