In this Clerk's Notice Continuing Motion Hearing, the Court (apparently) has broken its own local rules for formatting legal documents, and has assigned it a docket number that has not yet been reached in this case (the notice is docket no. 166; as of 11/30/11, the highest docket no. was 156). Also, the Court states that the plaintiff did not request a date when motions hearings are held; however, the requested date matches the motions calendar posted on the Court's web site, and it was confirmed by the Clerk in Room 2112.
