United Water Idaho Inc. ("United Water"), by and through its attorneys of record, Givens
Pursely LLP, pursuant to Idaho Department of Water Resources ("IDWR") Rule of Procedure
525, IDAPA 37.01.01.525 hereby moves the Director ofIDWR to issue subpoenas commanding
the following individuals: (1) Elizabeth Anne Cresto; (2) Robert J. Sutter; (3) Karl J. Dreher;
and, (4) David R. Tuthill, Jr. to appear for the scheduled hearing in the above-captioned matter at
the offices of IDWR, at 322 East Front Street, Boise, Idaho 83701 on August 27, 28, and 31 and
September 9 and 10 of 2015 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mountain Daylight Time, to provide
testimony, under oath, on matters relevant to the issues to be addressed at the hearing.

United Water requests that the Director issue the requested subpoenas for the scheduled
hearing dates on or before August 7, 2015 and return them to this firm's office so service can be
