Patients can be searched by last name, member ID, and date of

birth. However, when searching, use only ONE field.

Just type the numbers for BCBS members. The XOH prefix is not required.

You cannot search for Medicaid ID numbers; you must use the CCAI identification number.

The asterisk symbol (*) is used as a wild card and will bring back any result similar to the search criteria.

Use the format mm-dd-yyyy to search for a patient by Date of Birth.

Tips for Eligibility Searches:

If the member has been terminated, a date will show in the Term Date field.

Under the Eligible column, Elig?, a NO will appear if the member is ineligible and YES will appear if the member is currently effective. For more information about the patient, point to the member you searched for and click that member.
