In 2010, E&E Foods and a group of Alaskafishermen formed a partnership to purchase andoperate the at-sea processing vessel Cape Greig. With a dedicated and experienced fleet contin-uously supplying Cape Greig’s 300,000 lb. daily production capacity, E&E Foods consist-ently has access to the highest quality fish.

To complete the sea-to-customer process, E&E Foods is also partnered in the freighter Seabird which delivers 1.2 million pounds of �nished product to various distribution points. By not having to rely on tramper transport services, E&E Foodsis able to get our product to our customers faster.

Specializing in processing salmon, p/v Cape Greigbegins her season with wild Sockeye from theUgashik River in Bristol Bay, Alaska – home of thelargest and best managed Sockeye Salmon �sheryin the world. The vessel then travels to the abundant,glacier-fed waters of Prince William Sound for wildPink Salmon.

The Cape Grieg is Marine Stewardship Council certi�ed and shares our commitment to providing the �nest Alaska seafood products while maintaining a sustainable �shery.
