This application will beadding 0.96 acres to theexisting permit boundaryand adding Pond 4A inseries with Pond 4. Theamended area is located onBig Spraddle Branch next toState Route 654 inDickenson County. Theamended area will be usedfor de-watering the Jawbonedeep mine. The dischargewill flow into Ponds 4 and4A that will discharge intoBig Spraddle Branch.
