Purpose of the jobTo provide admin support to a group of directors and work closely with the Receptionist to provide reception cover during holiday, sickness, lunchtime and other absences. Also assist with the general running of the office, and other general admin and junior PA duties across the wider teams.

Reception Duties Organising meetings/diary management Typing and copying documentsArranging travel and accommodationBooking and arranging meeting roomsGeneral PA and administration duties

Knowledge and experienceTyping skillsGeneral IT and computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointGood customer service skillsKnowledge of office administration processesAdmin and some PA experience

Internal and external stakeholders Senior Management Team Business Support Team British Business Bank Board, including Non-Executive Directors (NED’s) The wider British Business Bank and SULCo colleagues PA’s in other Government Organisations

Budgets / fund size / scope of investments

Management responsibility if appropriate

You will join a small Business Support Team which comprises of 4 PA’s and 1 Receptionist.
