Enabling Add-OnProcedure:
1. Click in Event Number box.

21. On the menu click Microsoft Office 2003->Microsoft Office Excel 2003 or press M,M.
22. On the menu click Tools->Add-Ins... or press Alt+T,I.
23. Click Browse....
24. Click Desktop.
25. In the list, select sap_srm_doc_viewer_bel.xla.
26. Click OK.
27. Click Close.
After enabling the macro file, open Excel 2003 again and open the downloaded RFx file. The file name will be in RFX+Response.xls form.28. Click Start.
29. On the menu click File->Open... or press Alt+F,O.
30. Click Desktop.
31. In the list, select RFX+Response.xls.
Or you can as well open the file directly32. Right click Desktop list.
33. On the menu click Open With-> or press h,.
34. Click Yes.
Once the downloaded bid opens, fill in the details like price, quantity, delivery days, MPN serial number etc, and Save
To IMPORT the values in to bid follow below steps35. Click 3000000777 link.
Click 'Edit' 'Import' button appears
36. Click Edit link.
37. Click Import link.
38. Click in Browse For a File to Upload box.
39. In the list, select RFX+Response.xls.
40. Click Open.
41. Click Upload link.
42. Check for any errors here
43. Prices updated here
44. Click Details link.
45. Click table cell.
46. Click Check link.
47. Click Refresh link.
48. Click Check link.
49. Click Submit link.
50. Bid submitted successfully
51. Click Close link.
52. Click Refresh link.
53. Click Log off link.
54. Click in Yes box.
