Barbecued Pork Burgers with Coleslawî GRILL LIKE A PRO• Avoid overworking the

meat, or you’ll end up with tough burgers.

• Use your thumb to make an indentation in the middle of each patty so that it will cook evenly.

• Place burgers 4 to 6 inches from the heat source.

• Don’t press down on the patties as they cook, or they’ll lose their tasty juices!

1. Heat grill to medium.2. Combine mayonnaise, milk, 1 Tbsp vinegar and onion powder in a bowl. Add coleslaw and parsley and toss well. Season with salt and pepper.3. Whisk remaining 1 Tbsp vinegar with barbecue sauce in a medium bowl. Add 2 Tbsp sauce mixture to ground pork in another bowl. Mix well. Gently shape into 4 patties.4. Brush buns with some of the remaining sauce mixture. Grill burgers about 8 minutes, flipping once and brushing generously with more sauce mixture.5. Put burgers on buns; top with coleslaw. Serves 4
