Bernadine Pujol, 87, of Nederland, died Friday, July 28, 2017. She was born on August 17, 1929, in Church Point, Louisiana, to Olampe Ducet and Hurbertie “Jack” Brasseaux.

Bernadine collected milk glass and enjoyed good Cajun cooking, red velvet cake, and country music. Most of all loved making a home for her family and teaching them strong family values.

Survivors include sons, David Pujol and his wife, Sharon, and Donald Pujol and his fiancé, Carolyn Bengston, all of Nederland; grandchildren,

Chris Pujol and his wife, Ailsa, and Suzanne Landry and her husband, Emmitt; great-grandchildren, Noah Pujol, Will Pujol, Emily Landry, and Kennedy Landry; sisters, Dorothy Ardoin; Jenora Cormier and her husband, N.J.; and Benita Husers; and brothers, Hurbertie Brasseaux, Jr. and Jim Brasseaux and his wife, Jenny.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Earl Pujol; sister, Sandra Pousson; and granddaughter, Alison Pujol Courts.
