To add a photo: -Go to Insert: Photo: Picture from File
-Select the picture from your photo library that you wish to add and click ‘Insert’
-Under ‘Format Picture’, select ‘Position’ and then select ‘Position in Middle Center’
-While holding down the Shift key, drag the corners of your picture to scale it to the desired size.
