Sweets For My Sweet is engaged in selling sweet cakes & pastries and drinks at the reasonable price. It is founded on the idea that feeling at home and will make you relax physically and mentally. This will serve as a competitive advantage through the intense competition in the market.

Sweets For My Sweet is a business enterprise which provides a great tasting foods to satisfy and to meet the demands of the Filipino customers.

Our objective

Sweets For My Sweet’s Objectives for the first year operation are:Become selected as the “Best New Bakeshop in the area” by the local restaurant guide.Turn in profits from the first three month of operations.Maintain 75% gross margin.

Personnel & Salary

The shop will hire one cook, one helper of cook and two workers (waitress/cashier). Cook has to be with experience of 1.5-2 years in the sphere of bakery and will receive a salary of P18,000 monthly. Helper of the cook should have 1 year of experience or less and will receive a salary of P14,500 monthly. Workers can be without experience but with experience better. Their salary will be P12,000 monthly each.
