AzureSMSisdesignedformarketersandbusinessestohelpmanagetheentirecustomerlifecycle:generateleads,closesales,communicatespecialoffers,leadconversion,retainloyalcustomersandstrengthencustomerrelationships.

SettingUpandIntegratingyourAzureSMSAccount

NowthatyouhavesuccessfullyinstalledthepluginthenextstepistosetupyouFreeTrialAccountsothatitcanbeintegratedwithyourCRM.

Pleasefollowthesesteptosetupandintegrateyourfreetrialaccount:

1. ClickthislinktosetupyourFreeTrialAccount(Youcanalsodothislaterbygoingtothe‘AzureSMS’tabinyourCRMandclickingonthe‘SetUpFreeAccount’button)

2. Click‘StartyourFreeTrialToday’andCompleteyourdetailsinthe‘FreeTrialAccount’Form.Enteryourmobilenumberwithoutthecountrycode.(eg.0401234567)

**Pleasenote**AtthetimeofwritingyoumusthaveanAustralianmobilenumbertosetupanaccount.OtherscountrieswillbeaddedbymidAugust2016.AslongasyouhaveanAustralianmobilenumberyoucanstillsendglobalmessagesusingAzureSMS**

3. Afteryouclick‘SignUp’youwillreceiveanactivationcodeviaSMStoyourmobile.Enterthecodeintothefieldontheformthatappears.Createyourpasswordandthenclick‘Setmynewpassword’

4. OnceyousetyournewpasswordthiswilllogyouintoyournewSMSaccount.Youwillalsoreceive25FreeSMScreditstogetyoustarted.

IntegratingAzureSMSintoZohoCRM

NowthatyouhavesuccessfullysetupyourfreetrialaccountyouwillneedtocopyandpasteyourAPIKeyintoyourCRM.Thisprocessiseasyandonlyrequiresafewsimplesteps:

5. InyourAzureSMSaccountclick‘Settings’ontheleft.

6. Nextyouwillbepresentedwithyoursettingspage.Onthispagecopythekeythatshowsinthe‘APIKey’field.

Hereyoumayalsocompletetheotherfieldsinthesettingsarea(youcanalsocomebackanddolater).Ifyouscrolldownthispageyoucanalsosetupotheraccountusers.Youcanaddupto10usersforfree.

7. NextyouwillneedtopastetheAPIKeyyoujustcopiedintoyourCRM.GotoyourCRMaccountandclick‘Setup’,‘Extensions&APIs’then‘Marketplace’.Refertothescreenshotsonthefollowingpage:

8. Afteryouclick‘Marketplace’youwillseeAzureSMSlistedunder‘InstalledPlugins’.9. NextClickon‘Configure’

10. Inthe‘Configure’screenyouwillseeafieldtoaddan‘ApiKey’.ClickthepenciliconontherighttobringuptheApiKeypopup.

11. ClickontheApiKeyfieldandpastetheAPIKeyyoupreviouslycopied,thenclick‘Save’

12. OncetheApiKeyhasbeenaddedandsavedyouwillseeitappearintheApiKeyfieldunder‘ExtensionSettings’
