How can I schedule interviews?1. Click Interviews tab.

2. Click Schedule Interview, located at the upper right panel. Schedule Interview page is displayed.

3. Click the Edit Page Layout link, located at the upper right corner to make changes to the page layout.

4. Enter details in the following mandatory fields:

1. Interview Name: Title for the interview

2. Candidate Name :The candidate with whom the interview needs to be conducted. (You can do this by directly typing a name or by using the Candidate Name Lookup function to search for the candidate in the database)

3. From: Enter the Start date and time in this field.

4. Also, you can enter details in other fields that you require.

5. Click Save or click Save & New if you want to immediately add another client to the database.

How can I associate candidates to job openings?1. Click Job Openings tab.

2. In the Job Openings Home page, select the record.

3. In the Record Details page, on the right panel, under the Quick Actions section, click Associate Candidate.

4. Add Existing Candidates to Job Opening:[Job Opening] page is displayed.

5. Under Criteria Component, specify the search criteria.

Select the options from the drop down lists.

Enter the corresponding value in the text box.

For example, if you want to search for candidates, whose has more than 5 years of experience:

Select Experience in Years and > symbol from the drop down lists.

Enter 5 in the text box.

6. Click Search.

7. All the Matching Candidates are listed.

8. Select a candidate.

9. From the Select Candidate Status drop-down list, choose Associated.

10. Click Associate.

How can I submit resume to a client?1. Click Candidates tab.

2. In the Candidates Home page, click a record.

3. Candidate Details page is displayed.

4. Click Submit to Client on the right panel.

5. In the Send Mail pop-up window, do the

following:

Search and enter the Client name and Job

Opening.

Select Email Template, attach files, specify

From and additional email addresses in

CC & BCC fields.

Enter Subject and compose email message.

6. Click Send.
