‘The Home Base Business Bible REPORT’
“The truth about “Home Businesses…”
Thanks for taking the time to read this report… I’m
showing you two different case studies
where the Home Based Business Bible
generated multiple 6 figures, in a very
limited amount of time.
Honestly, the process is pretty simple to
learn. It’s perfecting the process that
takes work and time. (But I’ll show you
how to short cut that process drastically!)
What it comes down to is bringing a “qualified prospect” to
your offer, from there funneling them into your sales
process, and then following up and collecting the money.
I know, nothing complex, right?
But, there is a specific process to follow when acquiring
the lead to closing the sale, which will ultimately make or
break your business.
First and foremost, you have to know your numbers, and
know what your customer acquisition is… Meaning, if you
sell an item for X amount – how much of the product does
the customer needs to buy before breaking even and/or
profiting?
You might be thinking… “That’s a stupid question – a
successful business needs to be profiting (at the very least
breaking even, at the exact moment a customer
purchases). And that’s where MOST people fail.
Sure, some products and services profit from the initial
sale, but honestly… MOST don’t!
Look at Facebook for example. They are worth BILLIONS
of dollars, and they give away access to their social
network completely free… Meaning they were willing to
lose money upfront, in order to make money on the
backend, from the advertising costs.
Same exact sales process applies for the largest acne
company, “ProActive.” They actually lose money the
second they ship their first product, because they know
their numbers, and know their customer value is worth
WAY more after getting them in the door, through their
sales process. They profit HUNDREDS of MILLIONS of
dollars with this process.
Now, this isn’t the ‘rule of thumb’ for every business.
Obviously you must know the numbers on your products
and services, and that’s what dictates the selling process
you use (and I have products that discuss this in GREAT
detail) but to keep us on track, and to get to the point,
CUSTOMER ACQUISITION is key! You
must test out your selling process to see
where the line is from losing money to
profiting.
The number one question I get a lot when working with
business owners is, “Ryan – how can I get buyers to my
products, using free methods?”
And my answer… “Who knows? Focus on BUYERS!”
I don’t focus on going after “freebie seekers” looking for a
handout, or a ‘sample’ of product… Sure, in some
marketing funnels we create, we use “free” products to
attract them… But we PAY to acquire them! I search,
locate, and find ripe buyers, who are looking to give
me their money (in some cases, by the truck load) to
get access to what I’m selling. I refuse to spend my
time looking for free ways to acquire clients
(because in my experience, the “customers” that come
with ‘free methods’ attracts lower level, non-buying
customers.) I go after pre-qualified buyers and that comes
with a cost. But what it also comes with is a ‘profit stream’
full of eager buyers, which in turn makes better
conversions, making me more money!
There are three steps I follow when selling
products:
I locate interested buyers, target the clients
with online and offline marketing campaigns,
and then collect the money.

better)
First, we approach our market place with 2 two
things in mind...
(Locating PROVEN and Interested Buyers)
1) Do they have an interest in what we're selling?
2) Are they already a proven buyer?
You might be thinking, "DUH! - Well how is it possible to
get that information?"

And, that's a great question, let me explain...
If you're "in the know," companies will
actually disclose data of customers and their buying
behaviors, and for the right price they'll even SELL you the
leads of these proven customers! (This is how ALL the
major companies market their products... i.e.: BMW,
Ford, GM, Gucci, Walmart, etc...)
Second, I create a way for the "proven buyers" to
see my products and services.
1) Target the proven buyer offline - with a direct mail
campaign.
2) Target the proven buyer online - with an internet
marketing campaign.
Last but certainly not least... I collect the money!
1) Offline (money order, check, or cash through the
mail)
2) Online (order placed through a checkout page)
3) Over The Phone (Client calls in and places order
using a credit or debit card)

As you see this is a simple process, but I promise you,
very effective!
This is the EXACT process I used in two
separate industries… I’ll show you the
case studies.
I used this EXACT method with a Wholesale Company,
and it had amazing results (produced MILLIONS of
dollars!)
Product: I sold a “high ticket” wholesale membership. The
concept is simple… We allowed people to be a part of an
annual membership which allowed them to access
products we purchased at a wholesale rate (about 14% on
retail value.) The products were “shelf pulls” and
“overstock,” so it was everything from TV’s, Computers,
Apparel, Appliances, Etc...
We found PROVEN BUYERS…
We researched, found, then purchased lists of buyers in a
marketplace that we knew without a doubt were hungry
customers, looking to buy our products.
The reason why we go after “proven buyers” is because
they’ve already showed interest, and bought products –
meaning they are passionate enough to spend money,
and those are my type of customers, making them
qualified buyers!
There are MANY ways to acquire these highly qualified
customers to your business… but, to be honest – 9 out of
10 times – there is a cost for customer acquisition.
This is what we did…
We contact list brokers who work in a variety of niches…
They accumulate data from other vendors in the same
marketplace, and work as a “middle man” leasing the ‘data
file’ out to people who have similar products, to serve to
the marketplace.
And in doing our research, we found lists of people that
wanted to work part time from home, on the computer,
making a % of profit from the item that sold on Ebay or
Amazon. So we made a “direct mail” sales letter piece,
and started mailing it out to proven buyers of people
looking for this product / service…
Within months, we had THOUSANDS of people paying us
to learn this process, and 35% of those people paid
between $800 and $1600 for a membership. (The
membership gave the exclusive access to products that
they could resell.)
Targeting online and offline
We retargeted the clients who purchased
via email and direct mail sale letters to
‘follow up’ and close the sale. This
process is IMPORTANT – as if this step is overlooked, or
done improperly, you will see the decrease in conversions,
causing you to make less money.
What we did…
We had a package shipped out priority mail,
breaking down EVERY step of the “reselling
process.” The client was blown away. We had
booklets and DVD’s covering all the details.
We then sent out emails to confirm they received the
package we mailed them.
Next, we set up a phone call with the ‘proven buyer’, to
answer any questions they had.
Collecting the Money
Lastly, we closed the sale, and enrolled
them into this membership, giving them
exclusive access!
That is literally the SYSTEM to SELLING, and this has
produced MILLIONS of dollars!
You can apply this to ANY business, let me give you
another case study…
This was a product/course and software that
helps people sell properly using the Facebook
ads platform. I partnered with someone who
had an effective “8 Step Process” to sell
products on Facebook–and we also had software to help
with the research when finding interests of the people we
wanted to sell to. The person I partnered with proved this
process with over a million dollar is results, so now we
wanted to help others do the same with their business.
What we did…
We used this exact system but with a little twist. Other
than sending out direct mail sales letters on the front end,
we targeted “proven buyers” from list owners (JV partners)
of email lists to promote the course/software, and we paid
a commission for every sale the JV partner made.

As you’ll see selling this course/software it generated over
$352,200 in a matter of months. We paid out $133,939.50
in commissions to the JV partner. But what you don’t
see… is we made multiple 6 figures on the “back end” by
inviting people to our marketing workshops and events.
Targeting the Clients
After we had the proven buyers, we targeted
the customers with a marketing workshop
where they could attend by FB ads, emails, and
direct mail sales letters. This ‘follow up’ process
was VERY successful, to where we are still using it, doing
marketing workshops monthly!
Collecting the Money…
What we did here, was a 6 question
“application close.” We drove the
proven buyer to a video to watch,
which then gave them a simple 6
questions verifying they were interested in joining our
workshop, we then called them back, closing the sale –
collecting the money!
Case Study Recap…
To recap, we research JV partners that had PROVEN
Buyers, next we continued to follow up using FB ads,
emails, and direct mail, and we then closed the sales,
collecting the money!
