1. The Referral Scheme is valid from 19th May to 18th August 2018.
2. This scheme is exclusively open to all Sri Melaka Residensi buyers.
3. To participate and enjoy the benefits of the scheme, the Introducer must complete the Referral Form
either by hardcopy or e-form (http://bit.ly/SMR-BGB) prior to the prospe tive uyer’s sales confirmation.
4. Incentive structure is as below:

5. The Referral(s) must comply with the following conditions:
a. Housing Loan Offer Letter accepted and signed;
b. the execution of all loan documentation together with

6. The Introducer shall be entitled to the cash incentive within 14 days upon completion of the above
