In the first 5-year project we focused on ORT. Its objectives
were improving the knowledge and practices of PHC(Primary Health Care).
The strong desire for the next 5-
year project from rovers enabled to continue the new stage. We started to
do the both PHC and NC(nature conservation) project since 2003.

Both of the association have a good understanding for the project as a rover activity. They accept the different kinds of ideas from rovers and recognize them, then support them.

Japanese rovers prepared some pictures about PHC
so that they could tell the PHC knowledge more effectively. B & J rovers and scouts tell the massages about PHC to local people.
