1. Click “Settings”.

2. Click “Cloud and accounts”. Then click “Accounts”.

5. Input the email address provided by HKBN and click “Next”.

6. Also, type in the password of your email address provided by HKBN. Then, click “Next”.

7. For server, enter popo.hkbn.net OR pop1.hkbn.net and click “Next”.
(Customer can check it via MY ACCOUNT)

8. Security type should automatically be set to “None” and tap “Next”.

9. Type in smtpo.hkbn.net in the SMTP server. The security type should be “None” and then
click “Next”.

10. After that screen, the “Account options” appear. You can configure period time of sync
Email and other settings. Select “Next”.

11. Enter your name in the blank of “Your name”. The name you typed will be shown to
others when you send an email. After that, press “Next”.

12. Back to the main screen, click “Email”.
