PERMANENT LONG-TERM WORKERS

We provide permanent long-term workers under the EB-3 unskilled program. Best of all we do not charge anything for our service.

WORKERS ARE CAREFULLY SCREENED

We recruit workers from Mexico and countries from South America under a contract and carefully interview and screen workers so that you receive quality long-term workers.

WE REDUCE YOUR LABOR SHORTAGES

By providing long-term workers year after year we help reduce your high turn over rates and worker shortages.

IMMIGRANT VISAS

We provide workers under the EB-3 Unskilled Workers program• Priority workers [EB-1First Category]• Professionals Holding Advanced Degrees and Persons of Exceptional

Ability [EB-2 Second Category]• Professionals, Skilled and Unskilled Workers [EB-3 Third Category]• Certain Special Immigrants [EB-4 Fourth Category]• Employment Creation/Investors [EB-5 Fifth Category]

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Employer must show there are a shortage of American workers. To show this the employer must do 3 recruitment steps:• Place a job ad on their local newspaper for 2 consecutive Sundays;• Place a job order for a minimum of thirty days on their state’s job

agency website; and • Post a job ad for a minimum of ten consecutive business days on the

employer’s bulletin board.• It is important to note that by performing the 3 recruitment steps above

the employer may hire as many foreign workers as they need. Employer does not need to perform the 3 recruitment steps for each foreign worker it sponsors.

SAMPLE JOB ORDERPlace a job opening with their state’s job agency for a minimum of 30 consecutive days. This is done by filling out an online form with the state’s job agency website.

RECORD KEEPING

Employer must keep record of their recruitment efforts for about two months.• The employer must keep all applications, resumes and other

evidences of hiring during the entire recruitment process which takes about two months; and

• The employer must keep a log of all hires, rejected applicants and the reason for rejecting applicants.

with more than 100 employees can have their CFO sign a statement declaring their ability to hire foreign workers instead of their tax return;
