Benefits• Highlight benefits to customer• Use aids, reports, charts,

testimonials• Point out the benefits that

match the customers needs first.

INVOLVEMENT• Five Senses

– Hearing– Seeing– Touching– Tasting– Smelling

Communication Positive• Don’t argue• Do not tell the customer they are wrong• Ask questions to receive positive

responses.• Make sure sales points were understood

Motivation• Keep customer motivated• Be Dramatic, Enthusiastic and Dynamic

• Work in partners to use the principles of selling and sell the product given to each of you as best as you can.
