Accountability Reports Exceeds is part of Meets
You Add Meets/Exceeds PLUS Exceeds to get Points
Example:
60 % of students Meet/Exceed
20% Exceed
80 points
STAAR/ELL Progress Combined
Data Files Exceeds and Meets are SEPARATE
You have to Double the Exceeds and Add to the Meets
Example:
40 % of students Meet
20 % Exceed
Double Exceeds to get 40 Exceeds Points
Add the 40 Meets Points
80 total points
STAAR/ELL Progress Separate
