• The mandible opens to 4-5 finger widths without deviation
• Cervical flexion - motion chin to chest (without opening the mouth)
• Cervical extension - forehead parallel to ceiling
• Cervical rotation - chin to mid clavicle
• Above movements are pain free
• No tenderness to touch in the masseter, and/or muscles at the base of the skull base of the skull
