4. IMPLEMENTATION Test the model’s response to different policies Translate study insights to an accessible form

The purpose of a model usually falls into one of the following categories: to clarify knowledge and understanding of the system to discover policies that will improve system behavior to capture mental models and serve as a

communication and unifying medium.
