Librarians are increasingly collaborating with research
teams. This year, the librarian with the Department
of Family Medicine’s Health Services Research Team
provided expert literature searching, writing, editing, and
bibliographic citation support. These efforts contributed
to their successful year, with more than $5 million in
grant and contract awards.

Event Technologies plays an integral role in the Heather
Pick Music Program, which brings professional
musicians to the James Cancer Hospital and Solove
Research Institute to play for patients and families. The ET
Production Team provides live broadcasting so patients
unable to attend can view the performances from their
room.
