Summer Arts Program Registration Policy and Procedure1. Online registration deadline is 7 days prior to first day of class (access to online registration ends at 5 pm on the deadline date).2. Registration is complete and confirmed when payment is received and processed.3. A 10% processing fee will be added to cost of any registrations received after the deadline (one week prior to first class)and on

refunds for classes dropped by students after the deadline.4. Refunds will not be issued for withdrawals from a class or workshop within 72 hours before start time. A 10% processing fee will be

deducted and the balance transferred to students choice of a future class or workshop (one transfer only).
