Support to EMA2 incoming grantees

Before arrival

Once the grantee has completed the official acceptance form the incoming process at Deusto starts:

1.Support with visa: UD gets in contact with Embassies directly in order to support the student’s visa application process. The same documents are sent and the programme is explained so that the process is faster.

2.Accommodation is arranged: UD’s accommodation service offers different options: halls of residence, families, sharing with other students with pictures before arrival so that incoming grantees always have accommodation upon arrival.

3.Learning Agreement: Support in negociating the Learning agreement before arrival with the home university
