YEAR OF FAITH

The “door of faith” (Acts 14:27) is always open for us, ushering us into the life of communion with God

and offering entry to His Church.

All the faithful are given the opportunity to profess our faith in the Risen Lord…

in our cathedrals and in the churches of the whole world, in our homes and among our families,

so that everyone may feel a strong need to know better and to transmit to future generations the

faith of all time.

THE BEATITUDES Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is

the Kingdom of Heaven Blessed are those who mourn, for they

shall

be comforted Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit

the earth Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for

righteousness, for they shall be satisfied Blessed are the merciful, for they shall

obtain mercy

THE BEATITUDES Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall

see God Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall

be called sons of God Blessed are those who are persecuted for

righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the

Kingdom of Heaven Blessed are you when men revile you and

persecute you and utter all kinds of evil

against you falsely on my account
