To request a visit from an AT&T for ANGEN prep work with INdigplease use the steps listed below:
1) The PSAP should contact Sandi Benzehafer of the AT&T 911 ServiceManagement Team via email at sb2700@att.com. The PSAP should advthey wish to schedule a vendor meet with INdigital for ANGEN prep woThe PSAP will be asked to provide the following information as part of request:◦ i. PSAP Name◦ ii. PSAP Address◦ iii. Local PSAP contact name and number for our technician to use◦ iv. Approval of billable charges◦ v. Date vendor meet is requested
*Note: this work requires a minimum 7 days’ advance scheduling, so it recommended to reach out to Sandi as soon as possible in advance of yorequested date.
2) Sandi will confirm receipt of the request back to the PSAP and adviseany special considerations prior to scheduling the work.
3) Sandi will schedule the vendor meet on the date requested and confirback to the PSAP the vendor meet has been scheduled along with an ATticket number for reference.

Optimal Service Button (OSB) Utilizatio
OSB is currently active in the Wiregrass on MEVO.“Abandon” was pressed when the threat was realized and the PSAP staff evacuated.Calls were automatically sent to Dothan/Houston County
OSB Importance
• INdigital’s NOC was immediately aware the PSAP had been abandoned.
• No 9‐1‐1 calls were missed even though it was not safe tooperate from the PSAP.
