Miss Hill enjoys maths and numeracy. She enjoys spending

time with her dog Teddy and likes going to the cinema.

Numeracy and MathsAll children will be challenged at a pace

appropriate to their learning. Numeracy will be

differentiated with children developing skills in:

Identifying simple fractions

Identifying halves and quarters of

numbers

Estimating and measuring: lengths in cm;

weight in grams; capacity in millilitres

Using appropriate vocabulary to describe

complex 2D shapes and 3D objects

Completing symmetrical patterns

Consolidating addition, subtraction,

Pupils will investigate numbers and strengthen
