How to make a good pizza?
Ingredients
The dough
1 glass of flour 1 egg A half glass of milk Some salt and pepper Tomatoes and ketchup Different kinds of
cheese:mozzarella,rokpol,salami,brie A quater packet of yeast
How to make it?
1 Put the yeast to the milk, and salt and some sugar, warm it a little and wait until the yeast is ready
2 Put flour, egg, yeast with milk and other spices, into a bowl. Mix it all and wait until the dough grows up.
3 Put the dough on the baking tin and put the cheese on it. The cheese must be rubbed.Use different kinds of cheese.You may use different ingredients but I like The Qatro Fromaggi Pizza best.
I put sos on my pizza.
4 Bake the pizza in an oven in 220 C for about twenty minutes
