Most of Iranian internet users don’t like to buy goods and services online, because:

• Lack of information• Trust issue

Recent researches in Iran show, if a user perceive ease and usefulness firstly when using a website, he will be trust to online buying.

But, There is a huge misunderstanding in Iran between UX design and Visual design.

Because, As UX is very new topic in Iran, regarding to small number of professional courses, most of exiting UX designers are new to the concept and they are not fully aware of UXD steps. So, from UX prospect, their outcomes is not acceptable.

And,Companies will find UX outcome not effective nor valuable on their business, they put more value on UI other than UX.

BUT, NOT ALWAYS!

When we redesigned the checkout process on specific online retailer, we could accomplish to 5% growth in paid basket, It means 4,900,000 USD.
