Ivory, Chocolate And Black.Powder coating is the process of applying a dry powdered paint compound made of pigments, specialized resins and fillers that melt and fuse together during the curing process to form a painted finish. The solid powder particles are electrostaticaly charged when exiting the low-velocity air powered spray gun. This electrostatic charge attracts paint particles to the work surface and holds them during the high temperature curing process which can exceed 350 degrees.

ULTRA MATT (MATT 4 SIDE EDGE BENDED)

Shutter will be made with Water Proof ply on that Laminated, with 4 Sides Edge band. The laminations will be applied by the 50ton hydraulic pressure, so durability is assured. Peeling off problem will not be there. The Edge bands will be applied with the high temperature rollers. So, easy to maintain.

SKIRTING Skirting is use to cover the lowest part of the kitchen cabinet. Its purpose is to cover the legs and the uneven edge of flooring.It gives uniform look to the kitchen

SIDE PANELS These panels are primarily used as covers for Cabinet sides. The main purpose is to installside panels because it gives the cabinet more “uniform” look.Cabinets will require a panel to cover the exposed sides.

VALANCE

An attractive detail hanging over a chimney that joined to wall cabinets is called a valance. This is simply a panel that “joins” the wall cabinets together and covers the area over the Chimney.
