Expand all folders and screen dump, show docs in lowest levels

Make lists of what’s common in each one – make it smarter than

before!

Create a Document Library for each new grouping – don’t forget

the description!

Create the columns based on your extracted metadata

Use either Choice fields, Lookups or Site Columns depending on

what’s re-usable

Upload docs and tag them accordingly

Finally, create Views to sort the documents
