Sharebox - Dropbox for localised file sharing on heterogenous devices

Scenario

User has a mobile device containing confidential documents that they want to share with a client/coworker/sales leadfor editing/planning/agreement/sign-off.

They want their client to access the document, modify it and return it, all on the fly.

Only the User has access to the documentson their device. They are not to be shared on the cloud, or file system, or email, etc. It is imperative that there are no other copies available andthe versions are controlled.
