Order  sizes  are  becoming  smaller

Is  manufacturing  going  full  cycle?  

Large  scale    manufacturing  

Nobody  can  deal  with  all  of  that  alone  

What  about  manufacturing?  

What  works  in  research  &  development:  •  Proac8ve  aLen8on  •  Reac8ve  aLen8on  (especially  to  newcomers)  

Final  (first)  observa8ons  and  ideas  

•  People  over  process  –  make  work  s8mula8ng  and  self  determined  (agility  and  openness  can  not  be  forced  on  people)  

•  First  step  to  openness  are  suppliers  and  employers  

•  Good  quality  data  is  key  •  Build  on  what  we  already  know  from  open  innova8on  and  agile  soCware  development
