Process Decision Program Chart (PDPC): Originated as one of Japan’s Seven (7) tools for

management and planning Distinguishes possible issues within a plan under

development May be built vertically or horizonally

Within the PDPC, countermeasures are developed to avert or counterbalance predetermined issues.
