Als Inhaber und CEO eines erfolgreichen Portals für Event-Management stand Andrea Salce im Frühling 2011 vor dem Entscheid, wie er seine IT-Abteilung und Softwareentwicklung weiter ausbauen soll. Nach einem überzeugenden Start mit drei Entwicklern hat er die Nearshoring Strategie konsequent umgesetzt und beschäftigt heute bereits 10 Entwickler in Minsk, Weissrussland.
