Note: Deposit of $500.00 is required, $100.00 is non refundable unless we can replace you in the same

group guests who cancel 30 days or more in advance of their arrival date are entitled to a refund of their

$500 deposit minus $100 as above; those who cancel at least 8-29 days in advance of their arrival date

will have their deposit held for one year to be applied to a future group or individual stay at Canyon

Ranch in Lenox, MA, or Tucson, AZ. If cancellation is made seven days or less prior to scheduled arrival,

the deposit is forfeited.
