The UK Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa is for individuals who want to start a new business venture in the UK or take

control of existing business. This type of Visa offers the benefit of permanent settlement for the spouse and

dependants.

The UK Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa also allows unmarried (Live-in) partner or any dependent children to visit the UK,

enroll in the university, take employment and avail the benefits of healthcare.

The principal applicant under the UK Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa cannot take employment and will remain as the

business director or self employed.

Applicants who have earlier applied under this Visa engagement have the benefit to switch to another Visa category,

if other criteria are completed.

The Business Entrepreneur Visa for the UK is approved for 3 years and 4 months in the initial timeframe, for

applicants staying outside the UK.

The Business Entrepreneur Visa for the UK is available for 3 years for applicants who are applying from within the

UK. After the expiry of this Visa, the applicant will be approved for further extension of 2 years.
