ABOUT THE CLIENT

MATATU are basically vans used for public transport in Kenya.

These are privately owned vans but are

regulated and have a fixed route, run from

termini and are used for both inter and intra-city

travel.

swipe at the machines installed in

each Matatu

GPS devices fitted within Matatu’s to track their routes

Alternative to GPS, smartphones were given to conductors to track the buses
