Valencia is a city in the east

of Spain. Valencia is the capital of the

Comunidad Valenciana. It’s next to Turia river on the

Levantine coast of the iberian peninsula, and it is just in the middle of the gulf of Valencia.

The climate in Valencia is the Mediterranean climate. It is a soft and humit climate, its annual everage temperature is 17,8 ºC.

• The City of the Arts and the

Sciences of Valencia is the only set dedicated to the scientific and cultural spreading, which is integrated by six big elements: the Hemisfèric (cinema IMAX and digital projections), the Umbracle (landscaped viewing-point and parking), the Museum of the Sciences Prince Philip (innovator I centre of interactive science), the Oceanogràfic (Europa's biggest aquarium with more than 500 marine species) and the Palau of them Arts Reina Sofia (dedicated the operatic programming). And the Ágora, which provides to the complex of a multifunctional space.

• The paella is the typical food of Valencia.
