The Colón theater: It is a national Monument since 1975, is a stage for the development of performing arts and music, its

construction dates from 1885.

The Luis Angel Arango library: Is the most important cultural complex in the country and one of the most modern in Latin America,

offering the public 44,000 m2 building, fully equipped for study, research and outreach to all fields of culture. It offers consulting

services such as online and in cinemas, external and interlibrary loans, research support, search and processing of specialized information

and consultation on CD-ROM. It has a concert hall which has capacity for 367 spectators, in this room are regularly presented many chamber ensembles and soloists most

prestigious in the country and the world.

The Plaza de Bolivar: Is the main city square. It is located in the historic heart of Bogotá, around it are some of the

main buildings of the city the Palace of Justice, the National Capitol, the Cathedral of Colombia, the House of the cathedral chapter, the Capilla del Sagrario and the

Archbishop's Palace and the Mayor of Bogota. In 1994 it was declared a national monument in Colombia.

The environmental axis or Avenida Jimenez: It represents the largest public space in the

downtown, I suggest starting the tour in the station at the foot of Montserrat, and moving westward to appreciate the many attractions

that are concentrated along it.

The Gold museum: This is one of the most significant places of visit in Bogota. The

museum displays a collection of pre-Hispannic collection of gold works. The

museum has two exhibition rooms which is one of the biggest in the world. The most

precious of collections at the Gold Museum is the Musica's golden raft, which represents the

dorado ceremony.

The national museum: Is the oldest in the country, built in 1813. This stone and brick built architecture

presents domes, arches and columns which have 104 prison cells distributed all over. The regular exhibits include sample of ethnography and archaeology from

the earliest period of Columbian history to the 20th century.

Museum of Modern art of Bogota: This museum displays a huge collection of modern

art that includes painting, engravings and sculpture. Works of renowned artists like

Fernando Botero, Alejandro Obregon, Enrique Grau and many other new and upcoming

artists are put up for display. It is one of the best attractions in Bogota for the art loving

tourists.

Divercity: Parque de diversiones infantil ubicado en el Centro Comercial Santafe, recrea

una ciudad donde los niños juegan a ser grandes, imitando lo que hacen los mayores,

A theme park for children, located in the Mall Santafe, recreates a city where children play to

Maloka: Is the first interactive center for science and technology in Colombia and one of the few of

its kind in Latin America. There are about 350 interactive modules, that invite you to play and

interact with visitors, while learning about topics such as life, biodiversity, the city, the universe,

telecommunications and humans, among others. A complete tour can take four hours or more. It has a dome Cinema projection that provide the viewer a

sense of realism during projection, also has conference rooms, plaza and restaurants.

USAQUENEntering by Seventh Avenue to the hills, from 116th Street to the 123th, is an architecture

characteristic of the colonial age, has a route where the Santa Barbara church stands, built
