lot to those who needs it as a support, that always prevent us from
falling. Irrespective of the fact that some people might achieve
support from any stick or any article and some people might get the
support in the form of believes of some other people. Every one of
us often needs a support at some point of time. A stick or any
other article that offers a support to a handicapped or to an old
person or to any other person, never reflects such per- sons
incapacity to walk but it always reflects a strong willpower to
stand, walk & give a tough competition to those who are very
much capable of moving. A concrete believe also offers a huge
support because a believe in itself works as a motivation. As
whenever a per- son believes in you then it means that such person
has a huge faith in you and in your capabilities such that even
your weaknesses gets dull and incapable of proving you as
ineligible. Irrespective of your position where you stand today
& irrespective of how much failures you faced yet if others are
giving u challenges or motivating you to stand and reach at the new
heights then it means they have a con- fidence that you can achieve
more. And if others have such confi- dence then it means you have
that calibre, so stand and move ahead. Your life often introduces
yourself with two kinds of people , the ones who will only
appreciate you on the basis of your cur- rent performances if they
are good, and the ones who will ap- preciate you irrespective of
how well your performance was be- cause then they will not only
appreciate your performance but they will also appreciate your
eagerness to try. First ones dont have a concrete believe but the
second ones have a concrete be- lieve in you. As the one who can
appreciate when you tried then it means they will always appreciate
you irrespective of your fail- ure or success. In true sense an
appreciation during a hard time works as a support because then it
helps u to fight back and achieve a victory and make your own

43. PageNo. 43 AUGUST-2015 RESPECT A small word yet it carries
a huge worth for everybody. Some people identify respect as their
lifetime earnings and some feels respect as an outcome of fear or
pressure that ex- ists in someone elses mind because of the
designations one has. We all are eligible to be respected and you
know what makes us eligible. Our thoughts, inten- tions, manners,
efforts & experiences make us eligible. To those who say that
we want to earn respect, I want to say something to them that you
all are earning respect and you will con- tinue earning it till
your last breathe. Irrespective of where you are today or at which
designation you are today yet you deserve to be respected. Respect
is that income which gets incremented over the time. A person who
might not be monetarily strong yet the wealth named respect always
proves him strongest. As he might not be able to earn more but his
intention and willpower supports him to earn whatever he is earning
today with a hope of achieving promotions. Respect cant be done
with a fear or pressure but respect is a re-
wardthatisgiventootherastothankapersonforplayinganawesome role in
ones life. Respect is not only signified through the words or
actionsonewitnessesinhisfrontbutrespectisalsosignalledthrough the
honesty of words, intentions or actions of others at ones back.
Hence, never wish to achieve respect as your ul- timate merit
because even today you are stand- ing at a position where you
