A Fan of The Cure? Now You’ve Got More Things to Do
in Adelaide
Great news for fans of iconic British band The Cure. Robert Smith and the rest of the band have finally confirmed the date for their Melbourne and Sydney shows during their July visit. For fans of the bands in Western and South Australia, you
might want to find otherthings to do in Adelaide for the meantime as The Cure have yet to confirm the dates for their Adelaide
and Perth shows.
The Cure to Delight Aussie AudienceThe Cure will play Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney on the 25th of July before moving to Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne on the 28th of July. Those who wish to see The Cure play live can start buying tickets for the Melbourne and Sydney shows on the Friday, the 6th of May at 10am.
For fans of the band in Adelaide and Perth, don’t be disheartened because The Cure will also be
playing for you. Event organisers assured everyone that the show for Adelaide and Perth will indeed take place and they will announce further
details in the coming days.
The Cure are known for playing retrospective shows that span over two hours, sometimes even pushing three hours. If you have been a long time fan of the band and enjoy their live performance,
then you’ll surely have a great time at their Australia tour.
Although the band played Sydney’s Vivid Festival in 2011, this will be the first time The Cure will tour Australia in almost ten years. Before heading off for Australia, the band is expected to perform first in the United States, Canada, and New Zealand.
For the Meantime, Let’s Enjoy SurfingWhile concert organisers have yet to announce
the dates for The Cure’s Adelaide show, you might want to check out other attractions and activities in the city to help you pass the time and contain your
excitement.
For example, one of the best things to do in Goolway is to go surfing. Or you can learn how to surf if you still don’t know how to ride the waves. There are many surf schools in the area that can teach you how to surf so you can enjoy
this fun activity. Worried about your age? Don’t be because these surf lessons are open to everyone.
If you already know how to surf, you can encourage your kids to try it, too. This way, you’ll have another common interest, aside from being
fans of The Cure. Believe it or not, learning how to surf can benefit your kids (or even you) in more
ways than you can imagine.
For starters, it gives them a full-body workout. The amount of workout their upper body, back and
legs get when paddling and kicking out-back can help them get in shape and stay in shape.
Knowing how to surf can also give their self-confidence a huge boost. It encourages them to
be more outgoing and to try out new things.
So if you’re looking for things to do Middleton so you can pass the time until the arrival of The Cure,
then learning how to surf is the way to go.
