Background
MRCS has been implementing CBDM/CBDRR program since 2003 (372 communities, 86 Tsps - past 10 yrs) IFRC and PNS supported DRR programs- different approaches- steps, tools, modalities, etc.Mid-term evaluation of CBDRR program - mentioned the need for the common approachConcept paper prepared in late 2011, validated in mid 2012; ToR for consultants developed Coordination board was formed in November 2012 ADPC selected for this assignment in January 2013.
