One of our goals is to create an atmosphere in which a client would be able to enjoy the freshest, restaurant-quality food prepared by a professionally-trained chef in front of the guests’ very own eyes. The menu is tailored, personalized and always exceptional!

CHEF BACKGROUND

Our Chef, Gustavo Salazar, is a member of the World Association of Chefs Society and the National Chef Association, Costa Rica.

Mr. Salazar holds a Degree in Advanced European Culinary Management from DCT Swiss Hotel & Business Management School, Switzerland.

Among his culinary experiences, Mr. Salazar counts his work at the Four Seasons Resort in Costa Rica, the Marriott in Switzerland, and the Melia Chain in Spain, United Kingdom, France, Belgium and Mexico.

We provide a unique bar service that is tailored to your needs. We can provide you with a profes-sional bar equipment; stock up your bar with a range of alcoholic beverages, beers and imported wines; and offer you the services of our staff to mix up your favor-ite cocktails.

Our professionally-trained Chef can guide you using the step-by-step method so that you discover the ingre-dients and the techniques of every recipe!
