Kotel

The Kotel was a holy temple. It was destroyed, and all that was left was one wall. That wall is the Kotel. Many people go to the Kotel and pray. There are cracks in the Kotel, the cracks are letters to G-D.

Dome of the Rock

This is the oldest Muslim building. It was built by Caliph Abd al-Malik. You could see the building anywhere around Jerusalem because of the brightness of the color.

The heart of the old city is at Temple Mount. The old city of Jerusalem is separated to four quarters. There is the Jewish Quarter, Muslim Quarter, Christian Quarter, and the Armenian Quarter.

Yad Vashem

Yad Vashem is a museum of the Holocaust. At the museum there is a path you walk through that is very dark with blinking lights and it recites names of children that died because of the Holocaust. Yad Vashem is very important because it makes sure everyone knows what happened and also make sure that it NEVER happens again!

The Mamila Mall In Jerusalem is where you can get some food, shop, and meet up with your friends and relax.

This is a kosher food market in Jerusalem. It is a restaurant that not even one thing isn’t kosher. If you are kosher you can go to the restaurant and eat all you want.
