CANCELLATION POLICY:At the time we receive a written notice of a cancellation, the following charges will apply:45-16 days prior to departure 25% of total package per person.15-18 days prior to departure 50% of total package per person.Seven days prior to departure or no-shows total package is non-refundable.

General Information

Arrival: You will be meet at the airport by a representative from Mountain Experience Chhuldim.Visas: You can get your Nepal visa either at the airport ( or any land border) when you arrive in Nepal or before you leave home.Temperatures + Clothing: Kathmandu during trekking season, in the spring and autumn , is usually warm( t-shirt, sandals, light pants or skirts) during the day, and gets chilly ( light fleece or windproof top) in the afternoon. Preparing Yourself in Kathmandu: We’re happy to book your rooms in luxury hotels in Kathmandu. Tips for staff:We recommend at least $ 100 more or less per person.Gear list:This is a guideline for the gear you will need on the trek. Day Pack:Sleeping Bag, Down Jacket , Trekking Boots, Trekking Pants, T-Shirts,etc.Medical Supplies:We strongly suggest bringing Western meds with you as there are lot of Indian fakes on the market!
