Productmap2app is a browser-based platform designed to make creating mobile travel guides quick and easy and to distribute them on multiple devices (native apps for iPhone, iPad, android, j2me) without the need of any technical skill! It is easier than creating a blog!

The main features of the platform are:- multiple language support within each app- powerful import function: xls, csv and rss files can be easily imported into map2app- multiple platform export: iPhone Android and J2ME- API available: import your database easily

The main features of our travel guides are:- app’s content is available offline: Tourists with no data connection can use the app!- apps can be updated with new content: users receive notifications with updates- modular and flexible structure: Choose your modules and customize your app- images, audio and video support

Case StudySassoMobile

SassoMobile is an app developed by the Public Administration of Sasso Marconi (14.000 inhabitants) using map2app. One single person working at the tourist information desk created this app in less than one week and the app had thousands of downloads in the first week (iPhone + Android). The app features standard categories such as monuments and restaurants as well as custom categories such as “rural churches” and others. Most of the content feature also an audio and SassoMobile is today the official audioguide of the city, available to anyone for free.
