8:30 am opening the trade fair exhibition at That Luang Ground (The old stadium).
10/4/12 19:30 pm- 23:30 pm Traditional dance show and popular Lao song (local artists) at That Luang ground (the old stadium).

19:30 - 23:30 Beauty contest of Nang SangKhan (Miss Lao New Year 2012) and Lao Traditional show at That Luang ground. (The old stadium) There are variety foods and drinks available.
13/4/12 6:00 am-12:00 pm Market fair it’s set up on the main street between the old stadium to the Tourism Information Centre. 13: 00 17:00 people will gather on the beach to make sand Stupa Toppathatsay at Hatsay moungkhoun (Mekong river beach, Xiengman village of Chomphet district).

8:00 am-12:00 pm Textile exhibition at Ban Phanom as well traditional of Tai Lue Ethnic Group and Baci Ceremony. 13:00 -17:00 The procession of Miss Lao new year ( Nang Sangkhan Parade ) from Vat Thatnoy to Vat Xiengthong , there are variety of Lao traditional shows , monks, Ramayana , anniversary of Luang Prabang world heritage town 15th years and the procession of Luang Prabang is the top city of the world tourism 5th years time.

5:30 am the alms giving ceremony Tak Bat at National Museum and pay respect on Phousy Mountain. 13:30 17:00 The procession of Miss Lao new year ( Nang Sangkhan Parade ) from Vat Xiengthong to Vat Thatnoy. In the morning / evening the Baci ceremony in each family to blessing and welcoming the good life come to you.
